Each lot in Cave Hill Cemetery receives General Care, which entails regular turf maintenance, i.e. mowing and trimming every 10 days. Families wishing to establish Special Services on their lot can arrange for Annual Care. Using this arrangement, individuals are billed once a year for the services requested. Annual Care does not permit permanent plantings, such as ivy and shrubs, or even monument cleaning. However, it does permit the following:
- Christmas wreath placement
- Easter Lily placement
- Cut flower placement
- Flower beds
If families wish to pay for additional lot renovation services, such as spraying for weeds and re-seeding, they may do so at an additional per square foot fee. The administration office will provide a quote for the requested service.
