As Superintendent of Cave Hill Cemetery, I thank you for considering Cave Hill to provide memorial assistance for your family lot. Cave Hill’s Board of Managers and I sincerely appreciate your trust and confidence in our products.

Cave Hill Cemetery is a non-profit company. Therefore, the revenue from memorial sales will be deposited into the Cave Hill Preservation and Emergency Funds. Income from these funds is targeted to maintain lots, the grounds, buildings, and the roadways in the cemetery. Without this income, Cave Hill would not be maintained as the beautiful cemetery it is today, nor could it be maintained beautifully in the future. Cave Hill management, realizing our fiduciary responsibility to lot holders, strives to increase the value of these funds in order to perpetually maintain Cave Hill in a manner expected by the Louisville community.

Available lot space in Cave Hill is finite. It will not last forever. When all available space has been sold, Cave Hill must still rely on income from the Preservation Fund to maintain its pristine status. Being insightful, the Board of Managers determined that memorial sales would benefit both Cave Hill and their families. This excellent service assists you when designing your personal monument and/or marker. The sales counselors will strive to help families arrive at a decision without complication or confusing sales tactics, sometimes used by independent monument salesmen.

We offer over 50 types of granite form all over the U.S. and many foreign countries. We supply the same granite as the other monument dealers. Our manufacturing quarries have a combined experience of well over 100 years and use state of the art equipment in the finishing process. Cave Hill Cemetery issues a written guarantee that clearly explains its responsibility for our memorials now and into the future.
